“Technical Regulations for Water and Fertilizer Integration of Facility Cultivation of Melon” is based on the second batch of local standard formulation plan projects of Shaanxi Provincial Market Supervision Administration in 2019 “Technical Regulations for Water and Fertilizer Integration of Facility Cultivation of Melon” (project number: SDBXM-135-2019), by Weinan It was jointly formulated by the Municipal Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Pucheng County Agricultural Technology Promotion Center, and Yangling Dongfang Qianpu Manor Agricultural Professional Cooperative.
The teaching and research team of facility cultivation soil-fertilizer-water management in the School of Resources and Environment, Northwest A&F University has been engaged in the research on soil fertility, fertilization and water and fertilizer integration of facility cultivation vegetables for a long time. From 2016 to 2018, it combined course practice and the national key research and development plan project “Western The research and development of key technologies for reducing the application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides for melons and key technologies” investigated the current situation of fertilization and irrigation of melons under facility cultivation in Shaanxi Province in Yanliang District, Pucheng County, and Fuping County, the main melon producing areas of Shaanxi Province. The problems of excessive fertilization and irrigation are prominent in China (published paper: Guo Yawen et al., 2020, Journal of Plant Nutrition and Fertilizers), mainly manifested in that the frequency and amount of irrigation under the condition of water and fertilizer integration are similar to or even higher than those of flood irrigation and furrow irrigation, and water-saving irrigation The device effect is low. The nutrient ratio of basal application of chemical fertilizers is too high, and the proportion of integrated water and fertilizer topdressing is small. The selection of fertilizers is unscientific. Farmers mainly rely on business propaganda for fertilizer selection, and the nutrient input is unbalanced.
Based on the above problems, Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, Weinan Agricultural Science Research Institute, Pucheng County Agricultural Technology Promotion Center, and Yangling Dongfang Qianpu Manor Agricultural Professional Cooperative applied to the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision to formulate the “Integration Technology of Water and Fertilizer for Facility Cultivation of Melon” Regulations, which was approved in 2019. This local standard is based on the systematic study of the nutrient, water demand characteristics, and suitable soil moisture content of melons at different growth stages, giving full play to the advantages of the integrated water and fertilizer fertilization and irrigation system, and formulating the ratio, quantity, irrigation quota, and irrigation system of nutrient application in different growth stages of melons. Period, as well as the integrated precision management technology of water and fertilizer such as fertilization and irrigation quota under the target product level of melon facilities in Shaanxi. The technology has been popularized and applied in many regions, and the total amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium application of melon fertilizers has been reduced by 65%, 84% and 68% compared with conventional fertilization. The backwater fertilizer water is treated with ultraviolet sterilization facilities to effectively inhibit the bacteria in the plant water body. Mold grows and plants grow more luxuriantly. Compared with similar standards, it is more in line with the actual production situation in Shaanxi, with complete technical content, clear index parameters, and easy operation and implementation.
